We are expanding our wider team to support the business in bringing materials solutions for fusion, nuclear and security applications.

This role provides essential administrative, commercial and compliance support to ensure smooth daily operations and strong internal governance. This role will include the following duties:


Key Responsibilities

  • Manage company enquiries by phone and email professionally and efficiently.
  • Maintain online filing systems and ensure SharePoint and document repositories are accurate and up to date.
  • Provide procurement and sales support, including raising purchase orders and invoices and liaising with suppliers and clients.
  • Deliver general administrative support across all departments.
  • Support commercial business requests, track status, coordinate authorised signatures and maintain accurate records.
  • Support adherence to internal processes and ensure controlled, accurate documentation.
  • Assist with audits, compliance checks and improvements to operational procedures.

 

Qualifications & Experience

Ideally, you will have some of these:

  • Strong organisational and time-management skills with the ability to multitask
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Ability to handle confidential and sensitive information with discretion
  • Strong attention to detail and accuracy 
  • Experience of Xero or similar finance system
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Excellent IT skills with a range of IT packages and systems (incl. Microsoft Office and Teams)
